Delivery Charge & Pickup Policy

At Laundry Basket Bhopal, we provide convenient, doorstep pickup and delivery services across Bhopal. This policy details our delivery pricing structure, distance-based tiers, free delivery offers, and logistics guidelines.

1. Free Delivery Thresholds

We offer free doorstep pickup and delivery under the following conditions:

  • Local Proximity (< 3.0 KM): 100% Free pickup and delivery for all orders located within 3 kilometers of our store.
  • Orders ₹500 & Above (≤ 5.0 KM): Free pickup and delivery on all orders valued at ₹500 or more within a 5-kilometer radius.

2. Distance-Based Delivery Tiers

For orders outside free promotion limits, delivery charges are calculated transparently based on road distance from our processing store:

  • 0 – 3.0 KM: FREE
  • 3.1 – 5.0 KM: ₹27 (Flat delivery charge)
  • 5.1 – 8.0 KM: ₹47 (Flat delivery charge)
  • 8.1 – 12.0 KM: ₹77 (Flat delivery charge)
  • Above 12.0 KM: ₹97 base fee + ₹10 for each additional kilometer.

3. Pickup & Delivery Timelines

Standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours depending on service type (Wash & Fold, Dry Cleaning, Steam Ironing). Express processing options are available upon request during booking.

4. Customer Availability & Re-Attempts

Our rider fleet contacts customers prior to arrival. If a customer is unreachable or unavailable during the scheduled time slot, a second attempt will be scheduled. Excessive failed attempts may incur a nominal re-delivery fee of ₹30.
