Laundry Basket follows strict quality-control processes. Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the garment and shall not exceed the service charge paid. Natural wear and tear are not covered.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before pickup. Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
